Official Street Credit Entertainment (OSCE) is responsible for the future devolpment of entertainment in our community. Osce brings together a range of different organizations involved in the delivery of entertainment across the country. All the organizations involved including Schools, Clubs, local Governing Bodies, Child Development Centers, Univesities and Colleges, all local Authorities to mention just a few have embraced the philosophy to build an integrated value-system that translates into the mission of creating wholesome personality with a view to produce effective and efficent entertainment.

The president of OSCE occupies top echelons of the entertainment industry amongst the who?s-who of the entertainment world. He has carved a niche for himself, spreading the name of OSCE in Los Angeles and abroad. The preident of OSCE has always had a soft corner for his community keeping in touch with the school districts to assist to in curricular activities like fashion shows/ talent shows, rehabilitation seminars and promoting academic excellence. OSCE was formed by the president Six Pacc to act as an up lifting force to the communities across the country.

Artist ?C4? was a strong recruit by OSCE to be in ?The International Concert? that was directed by Six Pacc and took place December 2, 2011 at the Rhythm Lounge in Long Beach California. Every since the concert C4 & Six Pacc relationship flourished. Six Pac is now coordinating the red carpet at C4 highly anticipated Concert that will be taking place Friday March 2, 2012 at the Key Club in Hollywood.where Magic Image Hollywood Magazine is a proud sponsor of this event. OSCE red carpet production consist of the following people and media being present; Magic Imgage Hollywood Magazine, Grammy winners Boys II Men ?Michael McCary, KJLH Radio Station, The Biz Magazine, CBS and various other media outlets.

His intro to music began with learning ? moonlight sonata ? by ? Beethoven ?. ? C4 ? continued to learn classical music and improve his musical skills. By age 13, ? Marvin Sapp ? playing keyz for gospel recording artist ? V Rose ?, and again opening for ? Marvin Sapp ? playing keyz for Gospel Dream Winner ? Melinda Watts ?. Advancing his musical career, C4 made the move from northern to southern cali and settled in Los Angeles. He quickly got his feet wet performing live at prime venues like ? The Playhouse ? in Hollywood and ? The Elevate Lounge ?. Soon after making his mark on YoRaps.com gaining over 100k views, C4 continued to make major moves by getting featured in ? XXL Magazine ?.
