MINNEAPOLIS, Nov. 16 (UPI) -- David Lee put together his fifth double-double of the season Friday, sending Golden State to a 106-98 victory over Minnesota.
The Warriors have won two in a row and have captured three of their five road games this season. They dominated the middle two quarters and took a 13-point lead into the fourth period.
Lee scored 18 points to go with 13 rebounds, hitting 8-of-15 from the field and also chipping in three assists.
Harrison Barnes also had 18 points and nine rebounds for the Warriors and Stephen Curry finished with 17.
Minnesota lost for the third time in four games. The Timberwolves were led by Derrick Williams with 23 points and Alexey Shved with 22.
