It's hard to believe that 10 years have come and gone since the terrorist attacks on New York City and Washington D.C. The world experienced unspeakable evil on that day; but, we also saw incredible heroism thanks to the fearless first responders and passengers of United Airlines Flight 93 who stopped the terrorists of hitting their intended target.

Celebrities - like all of us - have different memories of that unforgettable day.

"Fam I hope All (sic) is well with u today. Stay strong no matter what's going on because things will Change 4 the better!" she wrote.

Matthew Gray Gubler

"Criminal Minds" actor Matthew Gray Gubler lived in New York City during 9/11.

"long live love, smiles, courage, and freedom," he tweeted. "...A first hand witness to the strength, love, and selflessness that makes mankind special and freedom loving countries proud."

A fan later asked how he felt after the attack.

"First confused, then sad, then never more proud to be an American," he wrote.
